Residency Verification
All new students, and those that have changed addresses within the district, are required to provide documentation verifying residency. If you are having difficulty obtaining copies of required documents, please contact Mr. Tom Beerheide in the Business Office at 847.881.9457 or with any questions.

Residency Paperwork Submission
Please return the appropriate affidavit and all supporting documentation to either the Middlefork Office (405 Wagner Rd, Northfield, IL 60093) or the District Office (Sunset Ridge School, 525 Sunset Ridge Rd, Northfield, IL 60093).
